Before payment.
These terms apply when you request paid work with The Governor as context or with Ethan directly.
Request and acceptance
Submitting a request does not book time or obligate Ethan to perform work. Ethan accepts work only when he confirms acceptance in writing. He decides whether and when to take a request, and no response time is guaranteed.
Payment and refunds
The request receipt shows the amount calculated from the published hourly rate and selected time. You may pay through Cash App after receiving a request ID; enter the displayed amount and put that ID in the payment note. Cash App does not automatically confirm payment to this site. Ethan verifies payments manually.
Payment does not confirm acceptance. If Ethan declines a request or does not accept the work in writing, payment for that unaccepted work will be refunded in full. A payment for accepted work is governed by the written scope Ethan agrees with you.
Rights and material
A paid request does not transfer ownership of The Governor, its manuscript, or private context indexes. These terms do not remove rights you have under applicable law.
